The advangtage of our products

The main working parts of hammer crusher is the rotor with a hammer (also known as hammer). Rotor consists by the spindle, disk, pin and hammer. The motor drives the rotor rotates at high speed in the crushing cavity. Material from the upper is feeded into the machine. Material is hit, impacted, sheare and abrasived by high-speed movement of the hammer and crushed. In the lower part of the rotor, with sieve, sieve size less than crushed material of grain size is discharged through the sieve, sieve size larger than the coarse fraction retained on the sieve continue to be a hammer blow and grinding, and finally through the sieve from the plane.
